This is the worst online purchase i have ever done. It is almost four weeks and I still do not have my goods. Canpar shows that my club was delivered to your head office, you have this stupid online complaint department that took two days to tell me that you are looking into it. I still do not have my merchandise, I am out the money and your "complaint" department has not gotten back to me. How hard is in this era to deliver a golf club? Obviously, it is beyond your shipping department. If I could give you less than one star, I would.
