Received my clubs in a timely manner, which was good. 2 right handed clubs and 1 left handed club, not sure why, I am not an ambidextrous golfer. Sent an email to customer services complete with pictures (right out of the box), I had to follow up over a week later as i got no response from my first email, which then quickly received directions/label to return the left handed club. Still waiting for the replacement, but in the meantime.
