I was pleased with the product (SIM Max irons) and delivery time frame. However, I had a follow up question or two and followed instructions to either call or email the JGS office.
I did both several times and left messages requesting a call back. However, no one has ever returned my calls or emails. I'm quite disappointed with this situation and will consider carefully whether I place any future orders. My order # is 48409, I would still appreciate a call
