I have not received the sweater that I ordered as of today, Nov. 2. It has been approximately 1 month since I made my order. I received an e-mail about 3 weeks ago saying that the package was shipped out, however as I just mentioned I did not receive the item; it was not delivered. Please look into this matter for me. I left a phone message just today with the above mentioned information.
