I DO NOT RECOMMEND 'Just Golf Stuff' for your purchases!
Unfortunately, my package was never delivered; however, that is not the reason for the poor review. The courier company informed me that I needed to contact the vendor to resolve the issue. I forwarded a transcript of the conversation with the courier company to ‘Just Golf Stuff’ for their information and to assist with a resolution to the issue.
The lack of response from ‘Just Golf Stuff’ is what has derived my poor review and warning to potential customers. I have emailed once a week for the last four weeks; since the lack of delivery on November 4th when the delivery company told me to contact the vendor. The only response was after the third email on November 19th that told me I would hear something by the end of that day. It has now been over two weeks since the response on November 19th, without any resolution or further contact from ‘Just Golf Stuff’. I have emailed two more times without a response and I have called twice; leaving messages, without any responses/callbacks.
‘Just Golf Stuff’ does not support their customers or provide any customer service.
Update: On December 8th after my 5th email and 4th telephone call I received an email indicating that I would receive a full refund. I sent an email on December 9th asking when I could expect the refund. It is now January 2nd and I have not received a response from 'Just Golf Stuff' and I have not received the refund to my credit card. I am now coordinating with Visa to resolve this issue.
