It would be great if I actually got the item. It’s been over 3 weeks so I followed up with JGS after 1.5 weeks with an email to Customer Support and then a phone call (voicemail) to customer support after 2.5 weeks - no response yet! Very poor customer service and not the first time this has happened. I’m not sure I’ll shop at JGS again…
