I have sent two emails concerning my order. You were to let me know when my order was being shipped so I could arrange someone to be at my house on delivery- that did not happen and my rapid tests were left by couriers in the freezing cold in the snow from Thursday to Monday. Not acceptable. I have asked for confirmation wheather these tests are any good to use as they have been frozen and I have not received an answer.
