The item I purchased indicated in the description on the website that the Swing Trainer was for left-handed or right-handed golfers. There was nowhere on the order form to choose left-handed or right-handed so I assumed the device was interchangeable but after receiving it realized the grip was only suitable for right-handed golfers. Fortunately my wife golfs right-handed so she will be able to use it. Customer service was excellent though, offered to refund my money for the product and also provided me with a credit for my next purchase.
