I ordered these shoes 03 April, JGS sent me the wrong colour. After several days of calling (had to leave messages and never did get a call back) and emailing to sort it out I went ahead and re-ordered the shoes on 13 April. I was finally sent a return label and returned the first pair a week ago (still no word about the refund) today is 28 April and no sign of the shoes except an email that the CanPar label was created on 14 April, but the tracking feature offers no updates. I have emailed asking about where the shoes are and still waiting for a reply... now, I did try on the shoes and they fit great. Nice when your feet are slightly different sizes and the Puma fit is really nice. I am now a total Puma fan! Hence eagerness to get these shoes asap. P.S. can't rank the shoes until I get them.
