The quality of the product supplied was excellent, and the order from JGS was processed correctly and expediently. However, you then chose to use CanPar as your delivery service, who ruined the whole order experience. CanPar screwed up the delivery so badly, it was painful. Firstly, when they showed up to deliver, no one was home. So they decided to not leave the order on the doorstep ( like every other delivery service does), and CanPar left a note advising the package could be retrieved from a corner store that was a 25 minute drive away. (There was no option left for another delivery attempt by CanPar.) When I got to the store, the clerks could not speak English, and could not operate electronic screening equipment. It was a wasted 30 minutes waiting for them to call for help and get the package screened and released to me.
Until JGS gets a new delivery service and stops using CanPar, I will not be ordering anything else from JGS, which is too bad because their products are good.
The whole online experience is based on convenience - this was not. I could have gone to a local golf store to shop in person, with much less hassle.
Let me know when you fire CanPar so I can return to viewing your ads and buying your offered products.
