I am still waiting for a response for almost 4 weeks now and have heard next to nothing from the company regarding an exchange for a bigger size. this is the worst communication I have ever come up against.
In fact, if I don't hear from the company in the next two days, I will have to return the shoes a have to beat the return policy dates.
I can't review the shoes as they are still in the box
