I submitted the following review and received a response to the review as below:
They said someone would get back to me - it's been a couple of days and I haven't heard from anyone yet.
Seems they haven't resolved their customer service issues. It's been over three weeks since I place the order and they took my money and doesn't look like I'm getting my golf shoes before golf season is over if I get them at all.
The company doesn't seem to care about their lack of service. Problem is they have their money so they just don't give a crap about customers issues. Never deal with this company if you expect any kind of service.
"Ordered a pair of Footjoy Golf shoes on August 30 (order #77541)- my credit card was charged immediately. I received a tracking number (CANPAR) that showed a label was created. When I received no further update, I sent several emails to JustGolfStuff and left a few messages but got no response. I finally got through to a representative Aidan on September 13 who said he would look into the issue. I have not heard back after a week. At this point, JustGolfStuff has my money and I don't have my product after 3 weeks. Since JustGolfStuff shows that my order was completed, I have no way to get my money back.
Very poor service with and communication is non-existent. They are always too busy to answer the phone and no one ever calls back. I have ordered from them before but this will be the last time."
