I've sent four emails and spoke with customer service representatives six times. And I have never heard back!!!
My order number is 87111 and the item I ordered is a Cleveland CBX2 wedge.
The other two orders I made came without any delay, which included a full set of clubs for my wife and a new golf bag for myself.
Please update me at your earliest convenience on the wedge.
