Paid for rush delivery shoes sat unshipped for 4 days, we left for vacation as their customer service agent was told several times when trying g to resolve this. Came home to email saying shoes delivered but nothing in door step. Not unexpected sitting out for a week. Will have to be a great deal before I shop here ever again
