Having used this company for the first time, the delivery was fine on purchasing a second Item which I had to return the service was Beyond AWFUL - returning via the local Hermes parcel return the very next day : filling in online and printing the label annoying but necessary.
2 MONTHS later I am still waiting on the refund.
Do youself a favour buy from ANYWHERE else but here!
Despite repeated emails (full of apologies) a phone call where it took them 40 minutes to Answer and were downwright rude I am still waiting
