The first dress I received was faulty. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second dress was fine. Customer service was awful. I had used a voucher code with the first order and because I couldn't remember the code , wasn't given the discount on the replacement dress, although they had the invoice. Also was given an inquisition to get my postage refunded. Gave up in the end. Sadly wont use again, pity as the clothes are great.
