I placed an order, got confirmation of order, payment went through and I was supposed to receive another email to confirm the order but this didn't happen for over a week. I decided to login to check the order status only to find out that the order was cancelled. There was no communication from them and I am so furious at their lack of customer service. They really need to be reported to trading standards as they are failing to meet their contract obligations. please people don't waste your time ordering anything from this retailer.
