I ordered a Ghost SE 1300 in Blue/Grey/Green but when delivered the bike was Silver/Blue/Yellow which I could have purchased for £50.00 less from another supplier in this colour.
There was little point returning the bike, as I could not purchase elsewhere in the colour I wanted, but I should not have been told that the bike was available in the colour I wanted when it was not. Also I requested delivery on a Monday specifically, and the bike was delivered on a Wednesday, apparently because someone did not read the notes on the order.
