On the comformation email. It said 2-3 working days. It took a week to come. Had no email saying it would be longer, i had to chase up progress on the bike. To which i had the option to pay next day delivery to receive the bike on the saturday as i wanted it for sunday. I had an email off them on the saturday morning saying dhl have let them down and that they are having trouble with them at the min. (So why use a delivery company that are leting you down???) the only poistive thing about it they refunded my money for the next day delivery
