Had a little trouble with the delivery guy forgetting to put my bike on the van but that was down to the driver . As far as the just mountain bike team go they were amazing ... I needed the bike for that weekend so I took the journey up and ended up being compensated greafully for the driver's mistake. Bike was great no hassle . overall 8 / 10 and will use these guys again .
