Emailed the store before purchase with a few questions and to arrange to have the headset installed prior to despatch as I don't own a headset press.
Staff were helpful and installed a Hope pick n mix headset for me on the frame.
Took a couple of days longer for delivery than advertised but otherwise no complaints.
