I ordered three masks but only received two, phoned the company and was told they would post another one that day. I was very happy with the attitude of the lady I spoke to, she was very nice and accommodating. The parcels arrived very quickly, within three days for the first one, and the day after I phoned for the second one. The masks were very well packaged in boxes which are so nice I intend to use them for something else! The quality of the masks is excellent too. I would definitely order from Just Posh again.
