I received the mask and opened it to try on. The mask was too heavy for the ribbon to hold in place. I went to return and only then saw the note saying not to open the plastic bag it came in. How would I know the ribbon would not support the mask if I did not try it on?
I now want to return the mask and am awaiting your instructions.
