Ordered a mask to arrive next working day with next working day postage before the 1pm cut off for an event later this week. Item had not arrived today despite paying extra for the next day postage. Rang the company and was told the person who does the orders for next day delivery had finished the next day orders by 10am not 1pm as stated on website and my mask would be posted out on Wednesday. I asked about a partial refund on the postage and was told they cannot guarantee it. Will not be shopping again with them.
