I was SO impressed by everything. From the website, to the purchasing, then the delivery. The website is very well laid out, with every mask being modelled by a mannequin. The purchasing was quick and easy, and I was informed that because I ordered before 1pm, I was eligible for next day delivery. I was a bit cynical, as many times I have been eligible for this on different websites and it comes a week later. However, I was kept updated by texts and emails where my package was, and it was delivered exactly when I told it would be (I was given a time bracket). The packaging is incredible, the box is lovely and the mask came undamaged. Amazing service, thank you!
