I wasn't sure which size hat to order for my son's Christmas present. I left an enquiry via the website and although it was just a couple of days before Christmas, a very helpful lady rang and left a message for me, I then called her back and she was able to answer all my queries and got it in the post to arrive before Christmas. Excellent service and good quality product (a three-cornered hat!)
