Communication from ordering through to delivery was consistent and quick. Delivery itself was also quick with the mask arriving within 48hrs. The mask was well packaged and in very good condition - but unfortunately not new. There was some paint marks around the edge and the smell of a smoky home so can only assume this was a return. No great harm done with having a previously returned item, but would have been nice if if had been cleaned up and aired. Overall this was still a good, hassle free buying experience though.
