Staff were very skilled, prompt and efficient. They understood the subject matter and came across as very competent. However, you need to think about the extended warranty ( for a price ) that they will attempt to sell you. Ensure that you read the terms and conditions, as the conditions are not always a good fit to your driving requirements. At leas it was not a hard sell, which is to their credit
