Excellent service from the staff- they were very efficient and courteous. They showed me the problem with my tyres, told me what the options were. They didn't have the tyres in stock but told me they could get them delivered for that afternoon, which they did. They rang me to tell me when they had arrived, and the car was sorted within the hour. I couldn't fault them.
