I was told that if I found the same tyre cheaper on the internet then the difference would be refunded. Found it considerably cheaper on their on Just Tyres website that evening and was assured a cheque would be sent - twice. They could not refund using the credit card used to pay for it for some reason. Still waiting for cheque three weeks later.....not optimistic...
The tyre fitting was fine though.
