I took a BMW Mini to the St Neots branch and was excessively overcharged for a pair of tyres, and given an inadequate tracking check (they should not have offered this service as they are not equipped to do it properly). Fortunately I had the sense to contact the head office and they fulfilled their promise of price matching to another local supplier. I was sent a cheque for the difference plus 10%. But it meant I had to take the time to pursue this. Be wary.
