Left my car for tracking at Buckingham at 9.30am on 24th May, arranging to collect at 2pm. Called at 1.30pm as had not heard anything to be told it has being done and would be ready to collect at 2.30pm. Arrived at 2.30pm and had not been done so had to wait additional 30 minutes whilst it was done. I dropped the car off for 4 hours so I didnt have to wait, but had to wait in the end which disrupted a very busy day of mine. All I got from the staff was that they were very busy.
