not particularly happy with the overall outcome although the personnel were pleasant they did not seem to listen to to the questions I asked or give me the product I asked for. I went on line before calling into my local branch to see the price of tyres and had in my mind the cost. I was disappointed to then have the fitter tell me I should have a v instead of instead of h this of course put me over budget on the tyres. You have a chart in the work place explaining the meaning of the letters and as I do not exceed 60 mph the h would surely suffice but why have that chart up if the fitters then say that it doesn't count on my car (Peugeot 307) although they did fit an H to my husbands car( Mazda 6) clearly a more powerful car!! So in future I will go elsewhere hopefully I will find a garage who will fit the tyres I request rather than the ones that are more expensive and benefit the garage rather than the customer.
