I was very satisfied with the overall service given by your Sutton, Surrey branch after the fitting of 4 new tyres. BUT after driving all the way to the South of France following the fitting of these tyres unexpectedly found the next morning a flat tyre. The cause of the flat tyre was an old deteriorated valve not being replaced. WHEN THE NEW TYRES WERE FITTED THIS PARTICULAR TYRE WAS NOT FITTED WITH A NEW VALVE.The other 3 were. May I suggest that when a new tyre is fitted, that automaticly a new valve be fitted also. Your comments please .
