There is really no assistance and nothing to give out. Nobody responds to you after they figure out who you are and what the issue is. Emails can be written until your fingertips hurt! I've even attempted reaching them in a number of ways. They pilfer both your cash and your time! I appreciate Conceptstrd.com taking the time to get my money back.
