Bought a expensive fragile part, it was poorly boxed and turned up damaged. only resonds was a small discount or money back, But refused to resend an new part. I had no choice but to take the refund and puchase the same it from a competitor for hundreds of dollars cheaper and it turned up very professionally packaged undamaged .
