This was my first Mindful purchase. It was delivered pretty fast considering that it was December so a 10 for that. I only rated you a 9 because I'm enjoying my purchase and have no intention of returning it and there for have no experience with your returns, refunds or customer service. I'm a satisfyer purchaser and now a satisfied customer. I look forward to doing business with you again.
