The item did not match the dimensions listed, it was less than half the size. Luckily I was given a refund and the customer service rep was very polite & helpful. (Shelby White). She asked me to take it out of the packaging, measure it, and send her pics. Later, after our correspondence, I was glad I had gotten the refund because I tried turning it on to see the intensity for a possible future purchase....as it turns out, it didn’t work properly anyway, so I was very glad I’d gotten the refund. Her helpfulness made me want to try ordering again, but not after I saw that the item didn’t even work. Thanks.
