READ THE RETURN POLICY. I understand that many items can't be returned due to the nature of this website, but if your package isn't opened, you should be able to return it for a full refund. They only give store credit.
Gave it 2 stars because they have a wide variety of items, and my order was delivered quickly. Just make sure you know what you want because even in their policy they say that if you order the wrong thing you can't return it.
