I like the website and the products; however, I ordered items on 12/10/2018 and it is 12/23/2018 and I still have not received them. I called costomer service on 12/20/2018 and they said they would look into the issue and get back to me and I haven’t heard anything from them either.
I would just like to get the items I ordered as they were Christmas gifts.
