I returned an unused item and I never received a refund. When I finally got through (numerous times when calling the phone rang once and then beeped before disconnecting) and explained my situation I was informed that the item was sent to a different address for 'used items', even though my husband clearly and accurately informed customer service that item had not been used. I was promised a return call from a manager to clear this up but that never happened. Now experiencing the same disconnect when calling. This is no way to treat anyone.
