I placed an order on April 21st and have not received it or any email letting me know when or if it is shipping out. I have sent many emails and have tried calling your customer service. This has been an ongoing problem. My original order was in February and was out of stock. I have placed several orders after that with each of them being out of stock and receiving gift cards in place of a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care you guys have with your customers. I would appreciate my order being fulfilled or refunded back into my bank so I can take my business elsewhere.
