I understand the late delivery because of the Pandemic thing going on but to have called over forty times in the last couple days and emailed at least a dozen times or so to not have anybody get back to me yet is nerve wracking! I have been a nervous wreck worrying if I got screwed out of my $172.96 that I spent. Finally, today my order only to be missing one of the two items that I ordered. I got the $62.00 item that doesn't even work (not your fault...but not mine either so i hope I get reimbursed for it and of course the more expensive item is missing in action! I could tell that either during shipping the bag it was sent was opened and torn or either during shipping it happened. Anyway, that has caused me not to be able to return it free of charge through USPS. It came with an invoice # that only one item was shipped. Now I don't want the other and will see if my bank can help to reverse the charges because i have to believe that this is some sort of scam. NEVER answering the phone ALL DAy for several days...NEVER answering emails. Even my iphone couldn't get photos sent to them because it said it wasn't a "legit" email address. I just hope that I can get my money back. I suppose at least $20.00 or more will be wasted on postage also.
