I was having trouble with the Just Nips reusable nips that I ordered, they just werent staying on. Sent them an email that day asking for care advice and how I could possibly improve the adhesive. They responded within the day, and sent a brand new pair with the original adhesive. I am so impressed with the level of customer service, and it was completely unexpected.
