We have place a few orders from JustOffBase lately, and has someone that buys tools and equipment regularly I have a good understanding of service levels, I expect good as standard and will complain if I receive poor and praise if I experience very good, but with JustOffBase it was exceptional. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, they make sure that the orders were processed without delay, and deliveries were made when they said they would. The best recommendation I can give is I have gone back twice more after the original order, and will continued to do so and have alread recommended them to friends, family and colleagues.
