Order has now arrived thank you. My only advice would be not to ask for feedback until the customer has actually received the product. When I sent my previous feedback the computer did not allow me to send the feedback without selecting an 'overall rating' and obviously as the product hadn't been received I had no choice but to select 'very poor' when in fact I wasn't actually dissatisfied and still expected the product to arrive.
