JustShopOK is my first stop for anything golf. That is not just because the prices are very competitive but mainly that the customer service is second to none in my experience. A few minor problems have been quickly sorted out to my complete satisfaction. I have found it better to pay VAT at source than to wait until it enters France. The courier service is also very good. All in all I would be confident to recommend Just ShopOK (I have already done so to my golfing friends).
