I have been a customer of JUST for over three years and currently maintain a subscription with the company. However, I have recently experienced a decline in the quality of customer service. Response times have become longer than anticipated, and the removal of the option to contact customer service via telephone has significantly impacted the level of assistance I receive. I have a water delivery subscription set to renew every sixty days. I recently canceled one subscription and added a new one to my existing plan. However, I continue to receive text notifications indicating that my order cannot be processed due to a lack of stock. Although I believed this issue had been resolved, the notifications persist. Additionally, my active subscription was inadvertently canceled. While I was able to reinstate it, this action has resulted in my next delivery being postponed until September.
