I ordered two pairs of ladies' flip -flops but they were late in arriving. I contacted Kahuku who immediately sent two more pairs. About a week later the original order arrived so again I contacted Kahuku to let them know and to tell them that I would return the original order, which I did. Kahuku then refunded the cost of postage. The flip-flops are brilliant, well made and comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend Kahuku.
