Bought flip flops that are too small. Company won’t send me out a larger size and have the courier collect the ones that are too small. Says I have to package them and send them back at my own cost. Lots of other companies I’ve dealt with would send you out a larger pair and collect the others, but not this company. I usually take a 9.5 so ordered a size 10 but still too small. Flip flops not true to size. Company and customer service very unhelpful. Would not use again. Stay away if you can
